Southampton lies on the eastern valley of the Blue Ridge mountains in the town of Bluemont between Winchester and Leesburg. The magnificent 10 stall barn and lunging indoor area is comfortably in both summer and winter. Built in 2001 to accommodate breeding Irish Drauft sport horses it required spacious stalls. The 15 acres were efficiently divided with fencing of pastures for stallions and mares. It also included large run-in sheds and a fenced riding riding ring with a stone dust surface.

In 2014 a number of improvements were added. For breaking and training young and green horses, a state of the art 20 meter unique designed Round Pen was added along with fencing to allow for pasturing in 10 fenced locations. In order to train young horses to jump a huge variety of 42 cross country jumps up the 2’6″ have been constructed throughout the facility.
